R. Howard Dobbs University CenterThe university center was designed by Portman and Associates and completed in 1986. The building adds on to and incorporates the facade of the c. 1949 Ivey & Crook designed Alumni Memorial Hall. More images of the University Center.

During the summer of 2015, Emory released a proposal to demolish the University Center and replace it with a new facility.
